Park Tariffs

If you haven’t stayed with us before please double check the details of the type of accommodation you are booking and make sure that the facilities provided are what you require.

Reserve your accommodation by making a booking. To secure a booking, we do require a deposit to cover the first 2 people for the first night accommodation. This payment can be made by credit card (Visa American Express or Master card only), or by cheque within 7 days of the booking or by direct credit, please contact us for account details. Although we make every attempt to reserve your specific site or unit, these can be subject to change. Reservations Freephone: 0800-242-121 (within New Zealand)

Cancellation policy: Cancel any time before 7 days and a $5.00 cancellation fee will apply. Cancel within the 7 day period and full charge is applied unless we are able to sell your accommodation unit or site.

Our child ages are 2 to 14 years inclusive. Some Parks offer the option of bringing your own bedding/towels, please enquire upon booking. Please note seasonal and weekend rates with a minimum stay period may apply. Cancellation charges may also apply. All our units and amenities are smoke free and are pet free, however pets may be allowed by prior arrangement. Our Park Offices are usually open from 8am-10pm; if you are arriving after this time please notify the Park. Disabled accommodation and communal facilities are available.
